Mobile Application Developer
The fee for the developer consists of 2 parts:
1) The handling charge for deposits to Mob4hire is 3% +USD$0.50 per transaction (i.e. per deposit).
This is what Mob4hire is charged from Paypal. You will need to add this amount
to any payment you make to Mob4Hire or any deposit you make to your Credit Account)
2) The Mob4hire commission fee per accepted bid:
19% - ($USD 10 Minimum fee per handset tested in a bid)
The full and complete payment must be in Mob4hire before the tester gets confirmation that his/her bid has been accepted.
This includes the Tester's payments, the Mob4hire fees and the related PayPal fees together with any other applicable taxes,
charges or fees. The money will not be transferred to the tester until the test report is completed and the developer has accepted
the completed work . If the developer does not respond within 5 business days, then the fees will be transferred to the tester.
Within those 5 business days the developer can take action by either accepting or declining the report.
Tester
There will be no Mob4hire fee to the tester.
The tester is not paid until the developer sees the test report, accepts it and agrees to pay the tester. The developer has 5 business days to accept the test report. (If the developer does not respond within this time period the full fees will be transferred to the tester.)
Mob4hire will pay the full amount to the tester, but depending on the tester's Paypal account, the tester may have to pay Paypal fees. For example, if the tester is owed $500US, then Mob4hire will transfer $500US through PayPal, but the tester may receive
less after the PayPal fees. The tester will also rate the developer's test plan on completion of the test. The minimum amount of
funds for withdrawal is set at $100 USD. The withdrawal of funds by the tester will be completed by Mob4hire in 3 business days.
Mob4hire will only transfer money to testers on request.
